Raspberry Duo (Summer fruiting) contains the following varieties in one pot:
- Raspberry ‘Allgold’ – RHS award-winning variety with large yellow fruits with an intense aroma and delicious sweet flavour – even better than its red fruited cousins. The short canes make it perfect for container growing. Height: 150cm (59"). Spread: 50cm (20").
- Raspberry ‘Ottawa’ – Large and juicy, dark red fruit with firm flesh.

Grow raspberry plants in a sunny position in any well drained soil. Prior to planting, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil. These short primocane varieties should only require minimal support. Grow against a wall/fence or tie to a single tree stake.
To prune these primocane varieties, at the end of the autumn only prune out the canes which have fruited. These will produce a first crop in early summer. The current years spring shoots will also emerge to give a later crop. Tie the canes onto their supports as they emerge. Repeat the same pruning cycle each year.
