This daffodil trio is ideal for bright, fragrant spring borders and containers. You can enjoy the scent and sight of spring both inside and outside the house, thanks to two of the most popular RHS award-winning varieties and a paperwhite variety that is suitable for forcing. The Daffodil 'Scented Collection' is an absolute must-have and includes:
1. Daffodil 'Cheerfulness' - This RHS AGM daffodil has greatly scented groups of blooms on slim, durable stems. The creamy-white petals encircle delicate, double yellow and white centres. Height: 40cm (16"). Spread: 15cm (6").
2. Daffodil 'Yellow Cheerfulness' - Narcissus 'Yellow Cheerfulness' has the same highly fragrant clusters of blooms on tall slender stems as its cousin, but the ruffled, double centres are a rich yellow with lemon-yellow outer petals, unlike its cousin. It is also a winner of the RHS AGM. Height: 40cm (16"). Spread: 15cm (6").
3. Daffodil Earlicheer - It is excellent for forcing indoors for the first exhibits. Each stem has up to eight double bloom groupings. On the outside, the layered petals are ivory white with primrose yellow centres. They make fantastic table decorations with their gardenia-like scent, or plant them in containers outdoors beside seating and doorways to catch the fragrance. Height: 35cm (14). Spread: 10cm (4).

Growing Information
Daffodil and narcissus bulbs are easy to establish in any moist, well drained soil. Plant the bulbs in full sun or semi-shade at a depth of approximately 10cm (4") and at a distance of 10cm (4") apart. Narcissus and Daffodils look particularly eye-catching when grown as drifts in borders or informal areas of grass. For a really natural effect, cast the bulbs across the area and plant them where they land.
For an attractive indoor display, plant daffodils and narcissus in containers of bulb fibre and position them cool garage or other well ventilated, dark position at a maximum temperature of 10°C (50°F). Water sparingly when necessary to keep the compost moist. When the growing shoots reach a height of 10cm (4") move the containers to a cool bright position indoors (approximately 16°C or 60°F).
